Return and Refund Policy:
At The Ride Guru, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original contents intact.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Most refunds and/or exchanges are completed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping cost. However, for returns due to customer preference, such as a change in size, color, or style, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Depending on your payment provider's policies, refunds can take anywhere from 2-7 days to be processed.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us directly to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and typically completed within 48 hours.
Warranty Policy for EXT Racing Shox Products:
(Off-Road and Racing Use)
Racing Shox designs and manufactures high-performance suspension products specifically for off-road and racing applications. Due to the extreme conditions and demands associated with off-road and racing use, our products are not covered by a warranty.
90-Day Warranty on Suspension Re-valving:
However, we stand behind the quality of our suspension setup including, spring setup and re-valving services. We offer a 90-day warranty on all suspension spring setup and re-valving work performed by The Ride Guru. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of the purchase.
Warranty Exclusions:
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications to the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with the removal, installation, or adjustment of the suspension components.
Claims Process:
If you believe that your suspension re-valving service is covered under warranty due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately. Our team will assess your claim and determine whether it meets the criteria for warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall The Ride Guru, EXT Racing Shox, our affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or performance of our products or services.
